MY MISSION IS TO PROVIDE TRAINING FOR EDUCATORS THAT MEETS THEIR NEEDS, AND AS A RESULT MEETS THEIR STUDENTS’ NEEDS.

In order to accomplish my mission, EEE’s training

1) addresses problems educators are having and then actually helps solve those problems;

2) resonates with what teachers experience in their classrooms;

3) provides materials needed in order to use the training;

4) gives participants time to practice any new skills;

5) seems do-able and worth doing.

EEE’s training uses clear language, easy-to-follow, sequential steps, and builds on what educators already know about students and teaching. Many sessions address what to do when adopted materials are not proving effective or are not sufficient.
